Mission Statement

The mission of Parking Management is to support the academic and service missions of the university community, by managing all parking functions, with special focus on safety, customer service and balancing our efforts for the university's collective welfare.

GOALS

• Maintain a parking system that affords reasonable access for students, employees, and visitors.

• Provide parking enforcement that promotes voluntary compliance with parking and assures effective management of the parking system.

• proactive and cooperative planning that will support the University's Master Plan.

• Effective and efficient use of revenues and resources, particularly as they apply to parking lot maintenance.

• Provide accurate and timely information to the campus community and guests.

• Continuously seeking feedback from customer to measure success to improve services.
