Why Live@edu? |
- Live@edu is a free account that provides 10 GB of web email storage and 7 GB of web accessible storage (known as SkyDrive)
- The Outlook 2010 based system provides users with many new email tools, calendaring options, and more
- All CSU-Pueblo students have a Live@edu account.

Can I get a Live@edu email account? |
Live@edu is only available to CSU-Pueblo students. All students automatically will have a Live@edu account. Before you use Live@edu for the first time, you will need to Set or Change Your Password. Please allow up to 5 minutes for your new password to be activated on Live@edu. |
How do I change my eAccount (network) password? |
You can Set or Change Your Password online OR Login to a student lab campus computer using your eAccount. After you are logged in, use the Ctrl-Alt-Delete key combination to access the Change Password button. Provide your old, new and confirm the new password, then select the OK button.
This will synchronize your eAccount and Live@edu passwords. If you are unable to use one of these facilities, contact the Help Desk at 549-2002. |
How do I set my initial password for my Live@edu account? |

I get "The e-mail address or password is incorrect. Please try again" when logging into Live@edu. |
- Verify your account was created by checking the eAccount page in PAWS. If the message "Your account will be created between 2am-6am." is displayed, your account has not been processed yet.
- If your account has been created, your password has not been set on your Live@edu account. Please Set or Change Your Password. The same password will be used for your eAccount, Live@edu and Blackboard.

My PAWs account states that my Live@edu account will be created, but it has been more than 24hrs. What can I do? |
Please call the Help Desk at 549.2002 and provide your eAccount user name and contact information. Also state "your Live account has been in the Pending status longer than 24hrs." |
