The staff of Student Academic Services is committed to assisting students in their academic lives.
As a partner in our university community, we provide programs and services designed to enhance the academic efficiency, effectiveness, and independence of our students.
The Academic Advising program advises undeclared students after their first year. We also assist students with career exploration.
The Academic Improvement Program helps students on GPA Alert or Academic Probation develop an Academic Improvement Plan to promote success throughout their academic careers.
The Disability Resource Office offers classroom accommodations. Once documentation of a disability is received, the student meets with the Disability Resource Coordinator to determine appropriate accommodations.
The Gen Ed Tutoring Center provides individual and group tutoring for humanities, social sciences, and history general education courses.
Tests administered through the National Testing Program include ACT, CLEP, GRE Subject Tests, MAT, LSAT, and SAT.
The Writing Room offers one-on-one writing assistance for all types of writing.
