CSU–Pueblo Auxiliary Services to sponsor all Pueblo high school graduation party

Pueblo- Staff of Colorado State University – Pueblo and the Auxiliary Services and Occhiato University Center will host a graduation party for all Pueblo high school students on Friday, May 26 from 7:30 p.m. to midnight in the Occhiato University Center Ballroom.
According to event coordinator Shawna Cunningham, the University initiated the event to provide a safe and enjoyable, non-alcoholic venue for high school graduates to celebrate their accomplishments as they move onto a new chapter in their lives. It also will allow students to celebrate with students of all area high schools. School dress codes will apply, and the event will be operated on a no re-admittance basis.

Tickets are $10 per person in advance and $15 at the door. The ticket provides music for dancing by PM Productions, a “mocktail” bar, a midnight breakfast, and opportunities to win prizes from a host of sponsors, including Pepsi. Tickets are available at the State Fair Events Center box office or by calling 549-2161.
