Colorado State University – Pueblo Hosts Annual Youth Fair in early January
 
Pueblo- Colorado State University – Pueblo will host the Third Annual Pueblo Youth Fair for area 10th grade students. The event will take place in the Occhiato University Center from
9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, January 11.
 
The fair will provide the high school students with a variety of information that will lead them toward their future goals. Participants will receive information about career opportunities in numerous fields including law enforcement, medical and business; tips on resume writing and interviewing; financial planning for the future; the importance of networking; and skill assessment. Furthermore, representatives from several companies who have hiring opportunities available after high school will be on hand as well as representatives for institutions of higher education. Lunch will be provided by Pueblo Community College and CSU-Pueblo Career Center.

This year’s fair is sponsored by CSU-Pueblo, Pueblo Community College, MASS GEAR-UP, Pueblo school districts 60 and 70, Junior Achievement, Pueblo Work Link and Partners in Education.
