New Colorado State University – Pueblo Organization Sponsors Two Events
 
Pueblo- Colorado State University – Pueblo’s new campus organization, Voices for Planned Parenthood - known as VOX , will host two events next week.
 
The VOX kick-off event will take place from 12:30 to 2 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 25 in the Occhiato University Center Hearthwell Lounge. This event will introduce VOX to the campus community and include information about the organization and its goals, Planned Parenthood services, and emergency contraception.
 
The second VOX-sponsored event will be the showing of “Ironed Jawed Angels” at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 28 in the Occhiato University Center Serena Room. The film is a historical depiction of the women’s suffrage movement and how women gained the right to vote. The movie, pizza and drinks will be provided at no charge.
