USC announces selection of
Executive Assistant to the President
Pueblo -- A University of Southern
Colorado graduate student seeking her master's degree in Business Administration
has been selected as Executive Assistant to the President. Trisha M. Esquibel
will assume her new responsibilities on July 1 when USC becomes Colorado State
University-Pueblo.
She will report to the president and will coordinate office operations including
maintaining budgets, compiling reports, and preparing correspondence for the
president. In addition, Esquibel will monitor requests to the office, maintain
the office schedule and calendar, complete special assignments for the
president, and serve as liaison to the campus community.
Esquibel, a former office manager and administrative assistant at Pikes Peak
Community College in Colorado Springs, will replace Gloria Gutierrez who retired
in May.
Esquibel earned her bachelor of arts in communication in 1997 from the
University of Colorado, Boulder. She plans to complete her MBA at CSU-Pueblo in
December 2004.
