Pueblo -- The University of Southern
Colorado will host a transfer visit day on April 16 for students who are
interested in transferring to the University of Southern Colorado, which will be
renamed Colorado State University-Pueblo on July 1.
All students who are currently attending community colleges or have attended
college in the past are invited to receive more information about this special
event. Contact Shawna Baker at (719) 549-2391 for additional information.
The Visit Day was designed with a student's busy schedule in mind. Come anytime
between 2 and 4 p.m. on Wednesday, April 16, to the Occhiato University Center
West Ballroom and enjoy the CSU-Pueblo 'shopping' sessions, consisting of all
academic departments, student life, career center, athletics,
scholarships/Financial aid, and admissions.
The two-hour shopping sessions give students an opportunity to visit with
professors, discuss the transfer of courses, and receive suggestions regarding
how to achieve your academic goals. In addition, optional campus tours will be
held at 1, 2, and 3p.m.
