Pueblo -- National College Alcohol Awareness Week at the University of
Southern Colorado will feature activities designed to discourage irresponsible
drinking by college students.
On Monday, Oct. 21, a game of Alcohol Jeopardy will be played in the Ochiato
University Center from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.
An Alcohol Simulator will be featured in the OUC Great Hall from noon until 3
p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 22.
Wednesday, Oct. 23 will introduce the Fatal Vision Obstacle Course from 11 a.m.
until 2 p.m. in front of the OUC.
Sponsored by Tackling Life's Choices, Dr. D's "Black Belt in the Life
Series" will be offered on Friday, Oct. 24, from 5:30 until 7 p.m. in Hoag
Hall. The Doctor will speak about the martial arts in relation to making healthy
choices. Those attending will be given free casino cash to enjoy during Casino
Night beginning at 7 p.m. that evening in the OUC.
