USC COMMUNITY TO SHOW SCHOOL PRIDE AT COLORADO
STATE FAIR
Pueblo, Colo. -- The University of Southern Colorado will be featured in
several events at the Colorado State Fair, Saturday, August 17 through Sunday,
September 1. USC students, staff and supporters of all ages will show their
community and school spirit by participating in the Colorado State Fair Parade
on Saturday, August 24 and the Fiesta Day Parade on Sunday, September 1.
Fair goers are encouraged to visit USC's Rev 89 student
DJ's who will broadcast live from the USC booth in the Palace of Agriculture
during the first week and on weekends. Information about the university and its
transformation into Colorado State University - Pueblo, will be available at the
booth. Visitors also will be able to purchase USC clothing online and to view
the new alumni and student services offered on USC's website at the terminals in
the booth.
USC alumni and supporters are invited to join in the
parades. Participants will take turns carrying the USC banner and cheering to
the crowds of well wishers along the way. If you are interested in proudly
representing the university's past, present and future in either parade please

21. Both parades begin at 10 a.m. Information about when and where to meet on
