Students selected to participate are Illia Berrios, a freshman majoring in pre-nursing; Promis Bruno, a freshman majoring in psychology; Nick Buccola, a sophomore majoring in mechanical engineering technology; Matthew DeHerrera, a sophomore majoring in sociology; Bethany Kostecka, a junior majoring in social science; Ryan Loesch, a freshman majoring in electronics engineering technology; William McShane, a freshman majoring in computer information systems; Nicolas Papps, a sophomore majoring in mass communications; Bethany Pelayo, a sophomore majoring in pre-business; Katie Pitts, a freshman in pre-business; Melanie Rogers, a sophomore in pre-engineering; LaToya Smith, a freshman in pre-business; Amy West, a junior in pre-business; and Desmond Zoller, a sophomore in pre-business.

According to Michelle Gjerde, interim director of the USC Career Center, no other internship can bring a more diversified group of students together to learn, grow, discover career opportunities and build lifetime friendships. "The college program also gives the students an opportunity to earn credit while they complete a paid internship with Disney," stated Gjerde.
