Pueblo, Colo. - University of Southern Colorado Interim President Robert Glennen and President Select Ronald Applbaum have announced that Ms. Valerie Borge will remain as Vice President for Finance and Administration at the University.

I'm very pleased that Ms. Borge has decided to stay on as vice president at the University," said Interim President Glennen.

We're delighted at her decision," said President Applbaum, "I look forward to working with Vice President Borge in the years ahead."

The Vice President's position will be combined with that of University Controller so that Borge's responsibilities will include the University's Fiscal Affairs, Financial Services, Budget and Accounting offices.

A national search is planned for an Associate Vice President for Administration who will oversee Purchasing, Auxiliary Services, Maintenance and Operations, Planning and Construction, Safety and Environmental Health and the University Police.
