What is AIS? The Administrative Information System (AIS) is the newly developed Windows based client/server system for accessing University administrative data on campus. The Student Records, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Purchasing and Human Resources/Payroll modules are deployed and operational. Application for Access to AIS For access to AIS, the computing resource application must be completed and submitted to the Information Technology Services HELP DESK, 549-2002. This application is available from Information Technology Services. Permissions for Accessing Data The following individuals are responsible for granting permission for accessing data in each of their respective areas. One or more of their signatures is required to complete the computing resource application for AIS access.
