HR Mission Statement: Human Resources will be a strategic partner in increasing institutional effectiveness by providing innovative HR programs and services, along with clearly articulated policies and procedures, which support the potential of individual and collective talent. Strategic Focus: Human Resources will support university, department and individual goals and objectives through cooperative efforts to identify, understand and overcome barriers to success. In partnership with departments and individuals, HR will develop strategies to attract and retain the most qualified individuals. Human Resources will ensure the highest level of service in the areas of benefit administration, job evaluation and compensation, worker's compensation, recruitment and selection, consulting and training, and personnel rules development and interpretation.
