The residence hall rooms are approximately 12 feet by 13 feet in size. The two side walls are covered with tackable material - making it easy for students to hang light pictures and posters with thumbtacks. There is one window, 24 inches wide by 64 inches tall. The window walls also have standard brackets built in for shelving braces, and students are welcome to bring their own braces and boards to create shelves.

Rooms are fully furnished with two twin beds, two desks, and two chairs. Each bed frame has two under-bed drawers, and an 80 inch-long "super single" mattress. Each desk contains book shelves, a small built-in desk light, three large drawers, and a pencil drawer. The chairs are comfortable "two position" chairs that allow students to lean back without tipping over. Each room also has two closets with a shelf above the closet rod, allowing for considerable storage space. Each room door also has a full-length mirror on the inside.
