Colorado State University - Pueblo offers on-campus housing to all students currently enrolled. Belmont Residence Hall houses over 500 students in three wings, which are joined by a large commons area. We are also utilizing an off-campus site for housing students this year due to the record enrollment at CSU-Pueblo
All rooms are designed for two people, single occupancy is available on a very limited basis. Students can be placed on a single room waiting list based on the date in which the Housing Office receives their room reservation form and deposit. Rooms are approximately 12 feet by 13 feet in size. Each room contains two extra long twin beds, with drawer space below, two desks with built in study lamps, two bookshelves, and two desk chairs.
Reservation Deposit
A $125 deposit must accompany each application for space in University Housing; $25 of the deposit is used as an application fee and is non-refundable; $100 of the fee is used as a security/damage deposit. The deposit is held in escrow for the duration of the student’s occupancy.
Freshman Live-in Requirement
All single, first year freshmen under the age of 21 with a home address more than 50 miles from campus are required to live in a Residence Hall. The housing agreement is for the entire academic year and must include a meal plan.
Future Housing Project
We’re committed to providing a positive learning environment to all of our students. As a result, over the next few years the University will be building new residence halls as well as renovating the existing Belmont Hall. Stay tuned for formal announcements!
