Commencement Ceremony Information
The Colorado State University-Pueblo Commencement Ceremony is scheduled for 10 a.m., Saturday, May 1, 2010 in the Events Center at the Colorado State Fair grounds. All Fall 2009 graduates, and Spring 2010 and Summer 2010 potential graduates are invited to participate in the spring ceremony.
Caps and gowns for the ceremony will be ordered through the CSU-Pueblo Bookstore on March 2 & 3, from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. All graduates and potential graduates will be notified through a mailing in February 2010 of the specific dates and times for ordering their cap and gown.

Commencement Frequently Asked Questions
When do I receive my diploma?
Graduates will receive a diploma cover during the ceremony - actual diplomas are mailed approximately six weeks after commencement.
Do my guests need tickets?
Tickets are not required for admission. Seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis
Where do I buy my cap and gown?
Cap and gown can be purchased at the Graduation Fair or ordered online at www.balfour.com
Where do I pick up my cap and gown?
Caps and gowns can be picked up in the Book Store in the Occhiato University Center, the day before commencement, April 30, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
How do I sign up for the commencement ceremony?

What time do I need to show up for commencement?
All students participating in the commencement ceremony must be at the event by 8 a.m.
What do I need to bring to commencement?
Students must bring their regalia, honor cord and index card provided to them. We ask that all personal belonging including, cell phones, purses, keys etc., be left at home or in your vehicle.
