Yellow Ribbon Program

The VA has established a program for Post 9/11 benefit recipients whereby it will share the additional unreimbursed cost of tuition with the school the veteran is attending.  This program is known as the Yellow Ribbon Program.  At CSU-Pueblo tuition rates generally do not exceed the amount the VA will pay, with the exception the student is not classified as a Colorado Resident. There are ways to be classified as a Colorado Resident and speaking with the Certifying Official in the VEBO will help with this process.
