• Problems involving discrimination, sexual harassment, and disability are handled through the Affirmative Action Office (549-2521).
  
• Incidents which are criminal in nature should be brought to the attention of the University Police located in ADMIN 118 (549-2373).
  
• Academic problems should be reported to the instructor first. If the situation isn't taken care of, the department chair and the dean of the college (i.e. College of Humanities and Social Sciences, College of Business, etc.) involved, are the next in line to be alerted.
  
• Any other type of grievance should be brought to the attention of the Dean of Student Life, Dr. Arrow Kennedy, located in the Occhiato University Center, 003 (549-2586).
