Colorado State University-Pueblo’s Climbing Program consists of outdoor and indoor opportunities to challenge ones physical and psychological strength.
The indoor climbing wall is in the Massari Gym that is set up for bouldering, top roping and lead climbing. There are routes and problems established for all skill sets. Routes and problems are marked with tape to establish specific moves to resemble the same challenges found outside. Bouldering problems are up to ten feet high and are in varying grades. We have 6 top ropes and three lead climbing lines, with 3 fixed quickdraws on each of those lines.
We can provide harnesses, climbing shoes, and chalk to equip all climbers. There is no prior experience necessary, our facilitators are experienced to share knowledge.
