The Student Recreation Center offers Personal Training sessions for students.
Personal Training offers:
Personalized workout plans and advice for all areas of fitness
- Cardio fitness
- Muscle conditioning (strength and endurance)
- Flexibility
- Body composition
- Training and conditioning – sport & activity specific
Personal Training Prices
(Sessions usually last 45-minutes to 1-hour)
- 1 session - $20.00
- 3 sessions - $55.00
- 6 sessions - $100.00
Participants must go through a "Fitness Orientation" and complete a Physical Exercise & Activity sheet and a PAR-Q & Consent form to begin a personal training program. Payments due at time of first session are non-refundable.
