Fitness-Class

Power X:   (Cardio & Muscle workout)
Tired of the same old classes?  Try this mixed intensity class and add variety to your workout!  Power X uses a variety of movements - integrating low & high-intensity cardio & power moves (‘P90X & Insanity like’).  Muscles will be challenged using body bars, gliding discs, free weights, resistance bands, jump ropes.  Your body will love the change in pace!  All fitness levels welcome, modifications/options shown for all exercises.

Zumba:  (Cardio Dance workout)
Come join the PARTY!  This Latin-based cardio workout integrates moves such as salsa, meringue, cha-cha, cumbia, hip-hop and many others into a fun fitness workout.  Come shake those stresses away and dance your way to a fitter you!  Dance experience not necessary.
 
Glutes, Guns & Guts: 
Just as it says… this class will focus on those stubborn areas, using a variety of new, exciting movements and high-energy music.  This class is a great alternative to working out alone.  You’ll gain motivation from your results to find a better you.  Great for all fitness levels – beginner to advanced.
 
Kick!  & Tone:  (Cardio & Muscle workout)
A powerful aerobic AND toning experience combining martial arts and boxing.  Kick & jab for a great workout – in a SAFE (proper techniques to prevent injuries) and FUN format.  Functional skills – balance, agility, speed and coordination – will increase each time you train in this fast-paced class.  No previous experience required. 
 
Yoga:  (stretching & relaxation)
Relax, stretch, balance, concentrate, and tone.  This class will make your body feel great!  Benefits of yoga include improved strength, flexibility, and stress reduction. The stress of your busy life will melt away with the relaxation.  Anyone can practice Yoga – any age, any fitness level. 
 
Pack XF:  (Cardio & Muscle workout)
One of the hottest trends in fitness now!  ‘Crossfit’ style training using functional movements and high intensity training.  This workout is unlike any other you have experienced.  It’s time to try something new!  Boost your agility, strength, and POWER.  All welcome to this challenging class - you decide your intensity level.
 
Hot Bods:  (Muscle Conditioning /Toning)
Have that bikini body all year round!  Focus on toning and defining your whole body!  Class will use body bars, body balls, resistance bands and many more tools to push your limits!  Be prepared to see that Hot Bod in the mirror!  Great for ALL fitness levels!
 
Circuit Circus (Interval):   (Cardio & Muscle workout)
No more boring workouts!  Circuit Circus changes all the time – keeps your body guessing!  This fast-paced, high-energy class will train your body in cardio, endurance, and muscle strength.  Learn how to use equipment to assist personal workouts and increase your fitness level.  Great for all fitness levels – beginner to advanced.
 
Muscle Magic:  (Muscle Conditioning /Toning)
Ditch your boring routine for this high-energy head to toe workout!  Firm, trim & tone your body with exercises using free weights, resistance bands, Body Bars, disks, Body Balls & Med Balls and more toys. Class will focus on strength and endurance – muscles more defined and more efficient.  Great for ALL fitness levels!
 
Boot Camp:   (Cardio & Muscle workout)
No it is not the military, but it is Boot Camp!  Be ready for a high-intensity, complete body workout!  Body weight exercises – combined with fun equipment – will help you achieve a more fit and healthy body.  You’ll reach goals you never thought possible!   All welcome to this challenging class - you decide your intensity level.
 
Hard Core:  (Abs, Back & Core workout)
Tired of all those crunches?  Learn various ways to strengthen and tone your midsection (front & back of body) with new and functional movements.  Focus will be on firming and defining the abdomen.  Developing good ‘core’ strength helps with all activities, along with maintaining good posture.  All fitness levels welcome.
