What immunizations are required for enrollment? |
2 MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccines are required to enroll for classes due to Colorado state law. The only time you do not have to provide this proof is if you were born before January 1, 1957 or have a medical or religious exemption, in which you must fill out a form in our office. If you are unable to find your records, here are three suggestions:
Contact your high school for your immunization records. Many high schools carry records up to 20 years old. Visit your family doctor to obtain a blood test (MMR TITER) which will work as proof that you have an immunity to MMR. Get revaccinated. You can get your MMR shots at Student Health Services for $10 each (there are two shots required).

Why was I able to register last semester? |
