Campus Dining

Colorado State University-Pueblo offers several different restaurant choices on campus, one of which is sure to satisfy every student's appetite. The choices include Columbine Cafeteria which offers a delicious menu with a wide selection of entrees, vegetables, a salad bar, deli sandwiches, and fresh baked desserts from our in-house bakery. La Cantina which provides a variety in an informal setting including Pizza Hut, Dunkin' Donuts, Starbucks Coffee, the Signature Deli, and more. Aspen Leaf Restaurant which is a traditional sit-down restaurant offering a variety of hot and cold sandwiches, salads, and special Friday and holiday buffets. The Pavilion Plaza is an outdoor restaurant centrally located on campus where a student can pick up a quick burger and a drink along with other types of munchies. Several meal plans are available. In addition, Fiesta Cash may be purchased. Fiesta cash is money deposited on student id cards than may be used at any campus restaurant. A 10 percent bonus is added to all Fiesta Cash purchased and no sales tax is charged. In effect, there is a total savings of nearly 18 cents on the dollar. The Division of Student Life operates a number of offices, facilities, programs, and organizations that exist primarily to enhance and support students' lives at the university.
