Belmont Residence Hall
It is recommended to spend the first semester of study
on campus in the Belmont Residence Hall (BRH). In fact,
all entering CSU-Pueblo freshman, single and under age
21, are required to live in BRH for the first academic
year. The cost for a double room per student (room will
be shared with a roommate) in the Residence Hall,
including all meals, is approximately $3,100.00,
depending on the meal plan you choose. To secure a room,
a $100 deposit is required and must be sent directly to
the BRH. Early reservations are strongly encouraged.
Single rooms are reserved for upper classmen, seniors
& juniors. If any single rooms remain, they are
given out on a first-come basis. Non-coed floors are
also obtainable upon request. Other amenities include a
full-service laundry room, kitchen, computer lab and
recreation area. Applications can be requested from:

Director, Aaron Kennedy by email: aaron.kennedy@colostate-pueblo.edu.
There are some exceptions to the housing policy for the
summer sessions.
The international students who stayed in the BRH this
past semester enjoyed the experience. It is a great way
to meet other students and affords the convenience of
living on campus.

information for all prices.

University Village
University Village at Walking Stick offers a unique
housing opportunity for sophomores, juniors, and seniors
and graduate students.
Located west of the Belmont Residence Hall, these
four-bedroom town homes allow students to experience
private apartment living while in the heart of campus
life.
The two story town homes feature two private bedrooms
and a semi-private bathroom on each floor, a main level
living area, kitchen, and dining room, as well as a
second-floor study loft.
Each kitchen features a full-size self-cleaning oven,
frost-free refrigerator, and dishwasher. This fully
equipped kitchen allows students the pleasure and
economy of doing their own cooking. As a result,
University Village residents are not required to
purchase a meal plan. The dining areas in the Occhiato
University Center, however, are just a short walk away
for those times when a quick, already-prepared meal is
more convenient.
Each bedroom varies in size from approximately 9x11' to
10x12' feet. The two full baths provide more privacy
than conventional resident hall living.
The study loft area offers a quiet space for reading or
working on projects, papers, and other assignments.
Cable-ready access to the campus computer network is
available.
A patio completes the students' home, an open and
inviting place to relax and unwind at the end of the
day. Abundant storage, both inside the town homes and on
the patio area, allows for uncluttered living.
The apartments also feature an attractive courtyard area
with the management office in the center of the
community. The courtyard features an outdoor basketball
court and on-site mailboxes and postal delivery.
Located in the main office building are an attractive
laundry facility and a comfortable lounge area for
students to relax and study in while doing their
laundry.
On-site professional management maintains a pleasant
community atmosphere at University Village at Walking
Stick. Students abide by all CSU-Pueblo campus policies,
and the apartment policies are similar to those at
Belmont Residence Hall.
University Village residents are included in all
Residence Life and Student Activities programs, are
invited to attend all the educational and social events
at Belmont Residence Hall and the Occhiato University
Center.
First priority for rental of a town home is given to
current Belmont Hall residents and returning students
who have established a good rental history.
University Village at Walking Stick, designed with
students in mind, offers another quality option to on
campus housing. For more information, contact the
