Wireless Printing

Color and b/w print jobs can be printed from the internet using your Windows PC or Mac.

All that is needed is:

  • University eAccount
  • University ID card

Wireless printer release station locations:

  • LARC 1st floor
  • LARC 2nd floor
  • Technology T242A

The print job is billed against your copying/printing account and the balance can be checked online using PAWS services.

Windows

Install this software on your PC

Mac

This assumes Mac OS X 10.5 - 10.7 but may work on other versions.
 

Installation

  1. Download and uncompress Wireless Printing
  2. Open Popup.pkg and Install the package
  3. Open Notify.pkg and install the package
  4. Reboot the Mac
  5. You will now see and be able to use a printer called CSUP_Print

To Uninstall

  1. Open System Preferences
  2. Click the "Print & Fax" icon
  3. Select the "CSUP_Print" printer and click the - button
  4. Open /Library/Application Support/Pharos/Utilities/Uninstaller
  5. Checkmark both Pharos Notify and Pharos Popup
