Provides administration, oversight, and resolution of issues directly related to the daily operations of the ITS departments; Desktop Support Services (DSS), Information Support Services (ISS), Multimedia Classrooms & Labs Services (MMCRS), Network and Systems Services (NSS), and Telecommunications Services (TCS) divisions. Provides management for the Help Desk Support Services (HDS) and for the ITS administrative assistant support personnel.

Help Desk & Desktop Support Services (HDS/DSS)
The ITS Help Desk consists of a central call center located in LARC 129. The ITS Help Desk is your first point of contact for technology related service requests via telephone, e-mail and walk-in for all Colorado State University - Pueblo Faculty, Staff and Students. The main goal of the ITS Help Desk is to provide end users of CSU-Pueblo electronic resources with a reliable, stable and safe computing environment.
Help Desk is open for telephone and in-person support during the same hours as the LARC
Problems that cannot be resolved by the Help Desk are referred to Desktop Support Services. This group handles all end-user technology issues and coordinates the deployment of new technology equipment on campus. The staff are responsible for installation, setup, trouble-shooting and maintenance of computers and peripherals.

Information Support Services (ISS)
This group performs the design, development, and maintenance of the Administrative Information Systems (which include the Student Records, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Purchasing, and Human Resources and Payroll modules), database projects and consulting for academic and administrative applications, Web internet-enabled student service applications, and Web Services for the campus. They are also responsible for the direct interfaces to mission critical software such as Admissions Recruitment, Financial Aid, and others.

This group manages the campus network, links to the Internet and external entities, centralized computing systems, hardware/software implementation, management and upgrades, electronic mail systems, faculty, student, and staff account access, and a myriad of other daily activities necessary to keep the campus network running.

This group maintains the campus phone switch, voice mail, campus data and voice wiring, and individual phone instruments. This group also manages the main University telephone number by answering the main telephone line and providing operator assistance.
