CSU-Pueblo Students

The Office of Residence Life and Housing provides students with a positive living environment that includes social, cultural, and educational programs and support services. The staff includes a Director, an Assistant Director, a Hall Director, three - four Student Coordinators, sixteen trained Resident Assistants (RAs), seven Student Assistants (SAs), an administrative assistant, custodians, and maintenance workers. A Resident Assistant is assigned to each floor, and the Student Assistants provide 24 hour coverage of the lobby desk that provides support and emergency services to students.

The Office of Residence Life and Housing consists of two residence halls. Belmont Residence Hall and Creston Hall are on campus and can house 790 students.

Safety and Security

Student safety and security is a priority. All exterior doors of Belmont Hall and Crestone Hall are locked from 5:00 pm to 8:00 am Monday through Friday and are locked 24 hours on the weekends. All floor doors are locked 24 hours a day. Each student uses their Student ID to open the outside doors. CSU-Pueblo has an on-campus branch of the Pueblo County Sheriffs' department on-call 24 hours a day. They can be reached at 719.549.2373.
