PUEBLO – Registration now is available to area businesses and organizations who wish to share information, sell items, and/or recruit employees, interns, and volunteers at the 2014 Student Involvement and Employment Festival at Colorado State University-Pueblo on Wednesday, Aug. 27.
The 7th Annual Student Involvement and Employment Festival is the largest event during the weeklong Wolf Pack Welcome program which encourages students to learn about the campus and become engaged, active members in the Pueblo community. Last year, 175 local businesses and community organizations and more than 2,500 students and staff participated in this Festival. The 2014 festival will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Aug. 27 in the area surrounding the Fountain Plaza.
The cost to participate is $25 for non-profit organizations, $50 for for-profit organizations, $200 for food vendors (other stipulations may apply), and free for on-campus student organizations, offices, and departments. Confirmation letters will be sent following registration. Checks may be mailed with a registration form or complete the credit card authorization form located on the website listed above and return it via mail, email, or fax.
Online registration may be completed at http://www.colostate-pueblo.edu/wpw by Friday, Aug. 22. Pre-registration is required as space is limited. Participants will be provided a table, one chair, and lunch but must bring materials, additional seating, and tent/covering, if applicable. Limited booths with electrical capability are available on a first- come, first-served basis.
