Colorado's Senate candidates Republican Bob Schaffer and Democrat Mark Udall will continue their series of debates with an event on the Colorado State University-Pueblo campus on Monday, Oct. 13. The two candidates are vying for the seat being vacated by Republican Senator Wayne Allard.
Pueblo Chieftain Editorial Research Director Tom McAvoy will moderate the debate, which begins at 7:30 p.m. in Hoag Recital Hall. No tickets are needed for the event with seating on a first come, first served basis.
No political signs will be allowed on campus or in the auditorium, but tables will be available with literature on each of the candidates in the Hoag Hall Foyer.
The Center for New Media will provide live coverage with the debate taped for future showings on Channel 17 and 22 before the election. Channel 5/30 also will provide live coverage of the debate on their web site,
