CSU–Pueblo School of Business hosts Financial Crisis Discussion


The ongoing financial crisis besieging the U.S. and global economies will be the topic of a roundtable discussion hosted by the Hasan School of Business at Colorado State University-Pueblo on Wednesday.

Hasan School of Business Professors Dr. Kevin Duncan, Dr. Hailu Regassa, and Bob Shirilla will be joined by Wells Fargo President Priscilla Lucero as they address the origins of the recent Wall Street debacle, the ramifications of the collapses of financial giants Lehman Brothers, AIG and Washington Mutual, the short-term and long-term effects of the Washington bailout, the impact on the global economy, and the jobs outlook for new grads.

The event will be held from 1-3 p.m. in the HSB Auditorium on Wednesday, Oct. 8. Refreshments will be provided for all guests. Because of limited seating, reservations are requested to 719-549-2142.
