CSU–Pueblo Writing Institute for Teens to host public readings

Community members can show support for budding authors in our area as eight teen participants from the first annual Southern Colorado Writing Project (SCWP) Authors' Institute will read original fiction at 11 a.m. on Friday at the Rawlings Public Library.

The public is invited to hear the work of eight participants from D60 and D70 who have spent the week with two SCWP Teacher-Consultants honing their writing skills in the event held in partnership with the Pueblo City-County Library District. The readings and reception will be held in the Teen Center on the 2nd Floor, Rawlings Public Library, 100 E Abriendo.
