University bills are due in full by the first day of classes (excluding summer semester). If payment cannot be paid in full, you may elect to pay in 3 installments each semester according to the following schedule. Each month all outstanding balances are assessed an extended payment charge of 1.5% (annual percentage rate of 18%).
