Education and training continue to be central to the EO/AA Office's mission to promote diversity, while eradicating discrimination. In addition to investigating complaints and monitoring recruitment, selection and hiring procedures, this office routinely presents informative training programs to the university community.

The subject matter of these programs include: sexual harassment, preventing employment discrimination, recruitment, diversity and general EO/AA issues. These programs are presented for several university events, including new faculty orientation, academic and administrative search committees, and University employee training.
